  • Primetime appointments (evenings and weekends) are subject to higher fees due to high demand for these times.

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for paperwork and check-in.

 

4. Payment & Insurance

  • We accept various insurance providers. Please confirm your coverage and co-pays before treatment.

  • Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
